  • Guest Device Identifier & Account ID: Randomly generated anonymous identifiers (UUID) created on your device to maintain your in-game coins, cosmetics, and match stats.
  • Gameplay Data: In-game moves, turn times, win/loss history, scores, and room participation required for real-time multiplayer synchronization.
  • Technical & Device Data: Basic device information (operating system version, screen resolution, connection type) to optimize performance and prevent cheating.
  • Optional Ad Interactions: If reward ads are enabled, third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) may collect anonymized advertising IDs according to their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the Beatful card game servers and multiplayer matchmaking.
  • To save your virtual balance, avatar unlocks, and settings preferences locally or in secure storage.
  • To prevent fraudulent behavior, bot abuse, and multi-accounting in competitive matches.
  • To measure game server health, latency, and stability.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Data may be processed by the following trusted infrastructure providers:

  • Backend Hosting: Render Cloud Services & MongoDB Atlas (Encrypted data transport over HTTPS/TLS).
  • Google Play Services: Used for app distribution, analytics, and crash reports.
  • Netlify: Hosts the official web application and policy documentation.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Guest account data and match logs are retained only as long as necessary for game service operation. Temporary room states are automatically destroyed when a match ends. You have the right to request deletion of your player profile by clearing app storage or contacting us at support@beatful.app.

5. Children's Privacy

Beatful is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
