By accessing or playing Beatful on mobile or web browsers, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. User Accounts & Fair Play

You agree to use Beatful in accordance with fair sportsmanship principles. Any attempt to exploit bugs, manipulate client-side state, execute automated bots in multiplayer rooms, or disrupt matches will result in account suspension.

2. Virtual Coins & Economy

In-game coins and rewards are purely virtual items for amusement and cosmetic unlocks. They carry no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, card artwork, visual theme designs, animations, and source code associated with Beatful are the property of Beatful. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Beatful is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain high uptime on Render & Netlify infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity during network outages.
